Features
Ready Receipts works for both online merchants as well as brick and mortar. The Online Only package is free and provides your customers an exciting new feature that they want! The ability to get ALL receipts in one location saves consumers from having to remember what merchant they shopped from, what date they did it, or from having to log in to different retailers to track expenses.
For brick-and-mortar merchants, we offer an added suite of tools that help you provide a new level of customer service as well as more efficient operations and lower fraud exposure. With the Professional Version, we provide the merchant a portal to retrieve a purchase history based on a phone number from the customer (a Ready Receipts user). We also provide a portal into the data for analytic and marketing purposes. However, we do not provide direct access to user of Ready Receipts.

How It Works
Online merchants:
If you are an online merchant, all you need to do is download the appropriate Receipt Adapter based on the shopping cart software you use. We’re expanding our support of popular shopping carts.
Right now we support Magento. So if you use Magento, you can get started right now for FREE! Just create an account, download our extension from the Magento Connect site, and you’re online!
If your shopping cart isn’t yet supported, let us know at merchants@readyreceipts.com. Our development process is fast and we can get you online quicker than you might think!
Brick and mortar merchants:
If you’re a brick and mortar retailer, you simply need a Receipt Adapter specific to your POS system, or you can write your own jobs to send receipts to our webservice. Either way, the integration is extremely lightweight and very secure. Contact us at merchants@readyreceipts.com to get started! We currently support RMS Dynamics, Quickbooks POS, and CounterPoint. Custom offerings include IBM, Fujitsu, NCR, and other enterprise level POS systems.
Security
We are PCI compliant.
In fact, the Online Only implementation doesn’t even use credit card or any payment information. We transmit an encrypted version of the retail receipt to our secure servers. In fact, a Ready Receipt is safer than dropping your receipt in the parking lot!
We use the latest in physical and architectural security and best practices. Our environment is PCI secure, a certification provided by the PCI Counsel headed by Visa. We use the same encryption technologies your bank does. You data is safe with us!
