Ready Receipts was founded in 2009 by David Crossett and Shawn Schnitker. David, like most of us, had grown tired of the shuffle of paper receipts. The typical paper receipt cycle goes something like this - from store to pocket, pocket to table, buried under the mail, eventually thrown away, needed for a return or warranty just days after being trashed.

Today, Meridian, Idaho-based Ready Receipts solves this problem. No more wads of paper at the bottom of a purse. No more searching endlessly for that tiny piece of paper. With Ready Receipts, you get your receipts online, securely and automatically!

The idea has since evolved into a business that not only provides the convenience of paperless receipts, but also the power of aggregated consumer purchase data. This 360-degree view of shoppers’ habits enables retailers to delve into how customers use their stores compared to competitors. With their patent-pending technology Ready Receipts can provide retailers access to Level 3 data without complicated POS requirements, opening up this functionality for any retailer - from the top 100 to small businesses.
